1. What materials are your products made of?
Our products are made from natural fibers, including cotton, jute, and other sustainable materials, carefully handcrafted for durability and style.

2. Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes, all our products are made using environmentally friendly materials and processes. We are committed to sustainability and reducing our carbon footprint.
3. How do I care for my cotton rope basket?
To keep your basket looking its best, simply spot clean with a damp cloth. For deep cleaning, hand wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle and air dry.
4. Can I use the baskets outdoors?
While our baskets are durable, they are best suited for indoor use to maintain their quality. Prolonged exposure to the elements may cause them to wear out faster.
Our baskets are perfect for organizing table, shelf, kitchen, bathroom, dining room, dressing room, kids room, living room and other parts of the home. These can also be used for decor and gifting.

5. Are the baskets suitable for storing heavy items?
Our baskets are designed to hold moderate weight, such as clothes, toys, food or blankets. For very heavy items, we recommend using a larger basket or one specifically designed for weight-bearing.
7. How do I process a refund for my COD order and its return?
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, and any other order, we issue store credit which can be used in next purchase. The credit is valid for 6 months. In case of order cancellation from our end, the full refund will be made once you provide us your bank details.
8. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 4 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 day.
In case you do not receive an order despite the status shown as "Delivered" on the tracking ID of the order, you can raise the concern with us within 72 hours of delivery
Please Note - During holiday seasons or adverse weather conditions, your shipment could get further delayed. We assure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.
9. What should I do if my product arrives damaged or defective?
We take great care in packaging our products. If your basket arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 48-72 hours of receiving your order, with the unpacking video on hello@themusehomes.in. We will arrange for replacement. We will issue full refund if replacement is not available at our warehouse. Please go through our Return and Refund policy.
