Returns and Refund

Returns- We only refund/replace items if they are defective or damaged. 

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@themusehomes.in within 48 hours of receiving the package. We might request additional information regarding the issue. 

1) Replacement may be provided for product, at no extra cost. 

2) In case the replacement stock is not available, we will issue refund to your original payment method.

Note- Actual product color may vary from the images shown. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colors, and every individual may see these colors differently.

Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will issue refund to your original payment method.

In case the refund is not received within 5 business days of refund approval, please write to us at hello@themusehomes.in

Applicable deduction from refund-

* No refund of Shipping fee or COD handling charges will be issued.

* No refund will be provided for packages undelivered returned. We can ship the package again with extra cost of INR 250 on request.

Cancellation of your order:

Every order is eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of placing order.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet our standards. The customer will get option to receive a full refund via the original payment method or store credit.
